In order to judege whether exchange works, INS3 sets up the compensation oracle of CEX like SWAP.

The compensation standard of CEX:

Market, assets and withdrawal of API can not afford external users related services for more than 30 days, or withdrawal of API can not afford external users for more than 90 days.

Oracle is operated by users to verify market of CEX and the availability of assets API.

Node of oracle verifies the availability of withdrawal CEX.

Users can fill in API to judge the market of CEX and availability of API
Availiability of CEX's withdrawal API is provided by oracle
Result of compensation is decided by the node of users and oracle
